Itinerary:
- 12:00pm – 12:49pm = Golf Tournament Registration / Check-in
- 12:50pm - 12:59pm = Head to Starting Holes
- 1:00pm = Shotgun Start
- 5:30pm = Cocktails
- 6pm = Banquet
- 6:45pm = Speeches
- 7:00pm = Awards Ceremony - Prizes - Raffle - 50/50
Early Bird Registration Fee - April 15 to May 21 (Golf + Banquet included):
Single Entry Fee: $112.50
Team Entry Fee (four participants): $450
Registration Fee - May 22 to June 15 (Golf + Banquet included):
Single Entry Fee: $125.00
Team Entry Fee (four participants): $500
Banquet Only:
Adult: $45
First 144 Golfers will be registered. Registration closes June 15th
SPONORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
- Gold Sponsor ($1,000): Hole hosting, advertising, giveaways, games, signage, acknowledgement at banquet, and social media recognition.
- Silver Sponsor ($500): Signage, recognition throughout the event, acknowledgement at the banquet, and social media recognition.
- Bronze Sponsor/Auction Sponsor (up to $250 or equivalent donation): Signage, acknowledgement at the banquet, and social media recognition.
Tax receipts available for monetary donations.

*Golfers are responsible for arranging their own carts. Golf Cart rentals are available for an additional cost ($46 + taxes / per cart). Please call the Pro Shop prior to THUR, June 18th to reserve your cart(s). Glen Lea Golf Course = 204-728-9090. Prices subject to change.
